It is really amazing that for a reasonable price, you can restore your tile and grout to day 1 it seems. They did really good. I was skeptic before seeing what they actually do and the machinery they use. I told my wife, I can clean it myself but what I tried to do was nothing close to what their scrubbing machine and solution did. It was just unbelievable that the grout can be restored like it is new. I never thought it is even possible. I will call them again in a heartbeat for any tile floor that needs deep cleaning to make it shine like it is brand new. Awesome job, very high quality work. Less

Never got a call so I assumed 10 and left work, asked again what the next step would be and told AGAIN Neil would call, no call and I needed to know what I had to tell my job since I was leaving work to meet them, so I called office and was told I would get a call/text from Neil or the office to let me know NOTHING. Finally got a call at 12 the next day and told that they needed to schedule with Phil to come out and once it was figured told me 9 when Phil would be there. I stayed home from work waiting for Phil and by 945 I called office to ask where Phil was and that I knew he was outside contractor and coming from okc but I’m missing work and this is the third time someone has been late to an appointment with us. Tiffany at the office was very rude and had attitude on phone and said they would call Phil and then let me know. Once Phil arrived at 10 he apologized and said that Neil never called him back to schedule me at 9 so he moved his 10 appointment to 9 and was on his way back to okc when he got the call from Absolute that I was mad he hadn’t arrived. Phil asked what they had done told him and that absolute would be back this afternoon to hep vac the walls and Phil said that should have already been done so it didn’t have a chance of being a failed test. Came to install drywall and told the guy we had drywall and Neil said he would use it and cut down our price on the first day. Worker didn’t use ours went out to car and got his own and installed it instead. All in all it was not a very good experience and the communication from Absolute was terrible and I wouldn’t use them again. The only time we got reminders or even emails about appointments where it stated it was just an arrival window was after all the times I called asking where they were. But a phone call stating hey we’re running behind goes a long way. I understand jobs run longer but the fact that it was just poor communication on their end between scheduling needs to be addressed.
