I purchased stairs for my swimspa from GA spa that were manufactured by AandB. They were made of composite wood which I paid extra for because I was told they would with stand the elements including the water from the spa. Well fast forward 6 years and the inside of the stairs made of wood NOT composite have disintegrated. I reached out to AandB and was told they didn’t make structural composite when my steps were made. And suggested I have them rebuilt. I took the lumbar that fell off to Home Depot and the guy told me they DID NOT use pressure treated wood and if they had the structural part of stairs would have lasted 15 years not 6. I reached out to the company and got NO reply! So I have hired someone to rebuild the stairs for me. Do NOT recommend this company! GA spa doesn’t sell there products anymore either! Oh and all the screws used rusted and are not suitable for being exposed to water.Want to add to this review in response to A and B. When I talked to you, you didn’t offer any solutions. You suggested I hire a handyman to make the repairs as I could NOT afford to replace and it was no longer under warranty. It was AFTER this conversation that I learned of the sub par materials used on this product! To build outdoor products and NOT use materials that can be exposed to rain and WATER every time we use the spa was deceptive. I WISH I had realized before the warranty expired that the materials were NOT quality. Lucky for your company they lasted longer than 5 years. Not even the screws used were water resistant. That was the point of my review. The handyman I hired used pressure treated lumber and stainless steel or galvanized steel hardware and the framing should now last.

Thrilled by our new hot tub accessories. Designer, Rodney, went above (way above) his job description to make sure our "challenging" design worked perfectly. The materials used and workmanship are solid and professionally done. Easy to unpack and put together. All the parts - including hardware were included - bonus!!! This makes a huge difference in our back yard. The hot tub looks more built-in, like it is supposed to be there, not just plopped down in the corner. This was not a cheap addition; we received the quality that we paid for. So happy! Will post more when fully accessorized.
