Oscar was super thorough with our inspections and had tools I had never seen an inspector use before. I show up to all of my clients inspections just because I am curious about the condition of the home and how the inspector does business. I had never seen an inspector use a thermal camera to both identify leaks as well as identify missing insulation. I mean this guy had tools I had never seen before. He also spent extensive time at the properties (4+ hours). I never had any problems with him being responsive, and he made sure to be really clear with me and my client what was wrong with the home without making anyone freakout.This guy essentially saved me and my client from a 3,000SQFT disaster. The house had a lot of hidden problems, he identified some major issues and we were able to back out of the deal on time. We ended up using him for the subsequent inspection and it looks like we will be taking that one to the closing table. Overall I was very happy with him. If I find anymore exceptional professionals in the real estate world I'll do my best to share them here.

We had such a great experience working with Oscar! He was incredibly prompt and was able to get us scheduled for an inspection as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated given the circumstances. Oscar is very professional and most importantly, transparent. On initial call he informed me of what exactly his service provides, what the cost would be, and what the additional services and costs could be should I choose to use them. He’s incredibly responsive via text and phone, and was very informative on what I could expect to see as far as result go. Payment was simple Apple Pay link via email with full line items. I called around several inspectors and while he was not the cheapest, he was, I feel, the most thorough. He also did a moisture test which others would charge extra for, so cost wise it’s pretty much market rate. If I have any other issues I would absolutely be calling Oscar again.
