Inspector was on time (15 mins early) Oscar explained the process and expectations of inspection. Although the maintenance personnel had painted over mold and cleaned vents. The samples results did find mold spores unsuitable for habitation. Price was reasonable and I look forward using their services when purchasing a home in the foreseeable future.
