I've just joined Rivals Gym and I cannot recommend them enough. I'm an exceedingly shy and anxious person and every single student and coach has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I cant wait to continue my kickboxing journey at Rivals and see where it takes me.

my sons been at rivals for a few weeks now and already I can see the confidence building in him. He's meeting friends, improving his fitness and gaining new skills. He's a shy kid and the guys have all been brilliant with him, both students and teachers, working with him to bring him out his shell. wpuld recommend to anyone looking to help a shy child find themselves.

Grate places for kids and adults my 3boys go and the love it the don’t stop talking about there classes my second boy is always been quite shy and wasn’t grate on talking up can see a big difference in him the past 6 months the coaches are fantastic with the kids my 3 always look forward to there sessions with them thanks to you all for your great supports with my 3 much appreciated ☺️

We were recommended this club through so many different people and finally my wee boy joined the younger group (little ninjas) a few weeks back. He used to be part of a football club but it wasn’t for him so I was wanting him to try something different, he comes 3 times a week and is absolutely loving it ! 🥊

My daughter started the ASN class about 6 weeks ago, Jordan her coach is absolutely fantastic with her. I can't believe how much her confidence has grown in such a short time. I would absolutely recommend Rivals Gym East Kilbride
