We contacted Carolina Trophy Roofs for damage due to a tree hitting our home. They were very quick to send someone out to provide an estimate for the damage and the representative was kind and fast. We were given our estimate quickly. When we signed the contract the total was going to be higher than originally estimated but since we had already been told a lower price they allowed us to pay the lower amount which we were grateful. The work was done while I was not home so I didn't have interactions with the roofers directly. The roof looks great and so do the gutters. I did have some issues with communication about start times and arrival times of work to be done. I also wish the hand rail to the porch had been cut in a way to not need a wedge and, in my opinion, messy clear caulking. But it works and most people probably would never notice. Less

Overall I will have to give this company an excellent rating. Between the initial sale and the completion of the work I felt like I was left in the dark most of the time, not knowing how things were progressing over the 8 weeks I had to wait. In this age of scams and predatory behavior on the elderly; a simple phone call could ease a lot of anxiety. Hopefully this review will help management improve this area of their business. EDIT: I received a visit from a member of management, who told me of the internal changes they had made. These changes were intended to address my concern as written above. I called Carolina Trophy Roofs and spoke to the owner, George Pugh.  He sent Adam, Carl, and Harley out the same day. They looked at the damage and placed tarps on different parts of the roof until we could get the roof installed. We filed a claim with our insurance and Carolina Trophy Roofs became our claim advocate. They went above and beyond educating us on what areas of the home would need work as well as things to look out for to prevent further damage. They replaced our roof, vents, some decking, and are currently working on our interior. They also made sure they get EVERY NAIL from out of our driveway and yard!  When the exterior job was complete, Rusty made sure we were happy with the job.  Needless to say, we are.  We had a lot of roofers approach us about repairing and replacing our roof, but no one could match what Carolina Trophy Roofs offered.  NO ONE!  We couldn't be happier that we chose to work with Carolina Trophy Roofs. They are true professionals.  We will be calling them for all future projects we have planned for our home.  You should do the same! Less

Carolina trophy roofs is a great company they took great care to protect flower beds buster a/unit etc before they ever started on the roof very professional crew were so polite andtore off 2 layers of shingles new plywood etc and cleaned up very well and did it all in one day i love these guys and highly recommend them my roof looks great thanks guys for a job well done... I had a great experience with this company. I called them during a storm and they were the only roofing company why would come out and attempt to tarp my roof. It was explained to me in detail where the water was coming in at and the damage it had done. I couldn't imagine it because it was behind the walls and ceiling's. It's hard for me to trust anyone because of being screwed over before. Let me tell you this...this company went above and beyond to fix what needed to be repaired. There were some bumps in the road and they came out and or called many times to make sure I was ok and the work was being done(interior work). My roof is gorgeous. It was put on within a week or two of my claim and finished in a day!!! I will refer them to anyone and definitely use them again! Less
