Called to have my truck towed to a tire repair shop. When he arrived he noticed that my tire looked good. He suggested I have the shop just patch the tire instead of having them replace it. This saved me over $100 in savings.

Extremely polite and fast service. Since I wasn't on site for the tow, I was sent photos every stage of the process. Highly recommended.

After the gentleman drove my car and me explaining to him my difficulties I was informed my car didn't need to be towed I could drive it to a mechanic. This was a great relief to me and saved me a tow charge. Finding somebody this honest today is a Wonder. I am grateful to Benton Brindley for helping me. And if I ever do need a tow I know who I'm going to call.

His communication was excellent, he was dependable, and he made a stressful situation much easier for our family. I really appreciate the great service and would absolutely recommend Benton and Brindley’s Towing.

Called at 6:30 pm we had left the car on the side of the road in a little construction area. We called Brindleys Towing told him where The car was which was about 5 minutes away from us and we both arrived at the same time. We loaded the car which took about five minutes max and we were on our way home. He followed us back to our house to drop the car, unloaded it and we were done. The whole process took less than an hour.Very pleased because we weren’t left fighting the mosquitos! We definitely recommend using this company.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! The gentleman arrived at my car within 15 minutes, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and worked hard to get both me and my vehicle where we needed to be in a more than timely manner. If you’re in the Fort Myers area and unfortunately find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend giving these guys a call! You won’t be disappointed. The service was excellent, and to top it all off, the price was unbeatable. Five stars all around!

Add mine to the other 5 star reviews here. My mom's car was D-E-D dead and stranded. Brindley's Towing was very responsive to my needs. Engaged, professional, and delivered excellent and timely service to get the car running again, even saving me a trip to the mechanic. Small family-owned places run by actual qualified human beings are becoming too rare today. Brindley's Towing is a gem. They provided impeccable service for a very fair price. Places like Brindley's Towing need and deserve to continue to be supported. After they took care of me I put their phone number in my phone and would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future. Thank you Benton!!!

Benton SAVED me - I was stuck on the side of the road and not one towing company would pick me up or they were going to take hours. Benton not only picked up and up drove me all the way from Fort Meyers to Naples in the rain. But got me something to drink and was so patient being that I was already anxious from my flat tires. I’m so thankful for his kindness and patience and willing to help so quickly!

(Illegal) this has to be exposed.Searching for a company to transport my classic car ,while reviewing this company to make arrangements, I must say this is so unprofessional, I ran a towing business in New Jersey for 36 years,I am retired now,and offended by this with all the hardships i had in my business.this is something serious, but this "company " claims to be in business for 40 yrs,not true at all, the tow truck doesn't even have a license plate, on top of that, they are not even registered on sunbiz.org as a legit business.Brindleys Towing doesn't even exist, no dept. Of transportation number. Probably not even insured properly.. sketchy...I decided to take my risk elsewhere by not letting them touch my car. I Called a reputable company recommended by a neighbor, A Budget Towing. Problem solved with a little research. Thank God I did.

I had a great experience with Brindley's Towing. As soon as we got off the phone he headed to my home.He was very kind, friendly and professional. He was able to get my car started so I could get it to a garage. He went above and beyond by offereing to follow me a ways on the way to the garage to make sure I didn't have any issues. Highly recommend!
