We have been consistently involved in dog training and already participate in a program we love, but we were specifically looking for a high-quality board-and-train option to take River while I recovered from surgery. Eric at Lorenzo’s Dog Training was exactly what we needed. Even with our previous training background and home study, Eric’s focus on dog psychology helped River grow in ways we hadn't expected. His 'heel' is significantly better and he is even calmer! Amazing for a doodle puppy just shy of his first birthday. The way Eric adjusted to River's specific needs was impressive, really showed he loves dogs and pays attention not what individual dogs need. Eric and Lorenzo's team were the perfect choice for this intensive boarding program. I'm looking forward to Eric's group class!

I didn't know that Lorenzo's Dog Training facility was so close to where I live. My friend has a puppy that needs training and I found this place online. We met the owner yesterday. He was very professional. My friend and his puppy now have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday❣️

We had a great experience working with Eric Beck at Lorenzo's dog training. Our bernedoodle pup had bad manners and poor listening. Eric boarded our dog for several days and kept us updated with photos and videos. Then when our dog came home, Eric worked with us and our children in our home. We learned to create boundaries, use commands and be consistent as a family. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and great with dogs. We were referred to Lorenzo's by friends and are so glad that we were. The experience was transformational and we are so thankful to Eric and Lorenzo's.

Eric Beck and the Lorenzo's training program dramatically increased our family's quality of life! We have a sweet but energetic golden retriever named Teddy Bear. Teddy was completely unreceptive to my own attempts at training. As he grew larger and stronger, I knew that it was time to call in the professional. That is when Eric came into our lives and changed everything!Teddy was impossible to walk and was so forceful with me that I physically couldn't handle him. In addition, he would run full speed towards my young children - his 85 pounds knocking them down and eliciting tears and screams.Eric was absolutely incredible!!! Not only did Teddy immediately respond to him, but so did I. Eric taught Teddy in a patient, direct, and consistent way. He also taught me what to do, so that Teddy and I could work together effectively in his absence. Eric was also great at explaining the dog's nature and instincts, and why it makes sense to approach training in the way that the Lorenzo program does.My 4 and 7 year old are obsessed with Teddy and are excited to play with him every single day now that he is gentle. Walking him both on and off leash is a pleasure. The crazy dog that seemed to be too much to handle, is simply a joy. He still has that spunky, goofy, lovable energy. The difference is that now, he has the ability to listen and respect me.Eric handled Teddy in such a caring and compassionate way. Teddy absolutely LOVES Eric and is always excited to see and work with him. His passion for animals is undeniable!!! Hiring our trainer Eric Beck from Lorenzo’s Dog training team was the best decision we made for our dog and our family. We did on leash training and off leash training and saw immediate results. Eric was flexible, kind, knowledgeable and always so helpful answering any questions I had re training. Because of all that we learned and how well our dog Skye responded to the training, our whole life is better. She is thriving and happy and we are thoroughly enjoying her. Things like Taking her on walks used to be difficult but isn’t an issue at all anymore, car rides were chaotic but aren’t anymore. I’m just really thankful for our experience and it was definitely worth every penny to be able to move out of survival mode with your dog into thriving mode! Would highly recommend Eric!

I can’t say enough great things about Lorenzo’s, specifically Eric Beck and the incredible work he did with my dog, Orzo! He had Orzo for a two-week boarding period, and during that time he consistently sent me updates, pictures, and videos showing Orzo’s progress — along with fun clips of him just enjoying being a dog. That meant so much to me, because I love this dog dearly, and seeing how cared for and happy he was made me feel completely at ease.Since Orzo “graduated,” the difference has been amazing. I can take him for walks without being pulled down the street, he listens and respects commands, and I can finally take him out in public without worrying about how he’ll behave.What really stood out was that Eric didn’t just train Orzo — he trained me and my daughters, too. He showed us how to use the right commands, leash handling techniques, and even the tone of voice to use for the best results.Eric’s patience, skill, and genuine care for dogs truly shine through. Carolina Don, in the San Diego area, worked with my dog to correct some behavior issues, she did a fantastic job, she address all the issues we discussed and gave me the tools needed to continue the training at home. During the time that my dog was away in training she kept in contact with me, with videos, to let me know how things were going. I highly recommend Lorenzo’s Dog Training to anyone looking to correct their dog behaviors and after my first meeting with Carolina I was confident and happy that Kash would be in good hands.
