We had a really great experience with him! The original plan was to replace the bathroom floor tile, remove old cabinets, build and install new ones. He came promptly to quote, his quote was fair, and he answered all my questions. Of course when you go about redoing builder grade stuff from 20+ years ago there are bumps along the way. For us that was a crazy wallpaper that was textured and painted over several times and uneven walls. Requiring mudding, texturing and priming, all of which he did. He was also fair with quoting for the additional fixes. And even though these clearly added additional time to the work, he was very kind throughout it all. Turns out he does all kinds of additional reno work! We will happily call him back up when we need any additional work in the future.

Cody from Thayne Construction did an outstanding job with all of the projects around my home—shower tile installation, two door installations, and cabinetry repair, to name a few! I needed cabinets to be torn out and sent photos, got an estimate, and Cody showed up on the scheduled day and did the job (clean-up was perfect, as well). I prefer to support small, local businesses, and Cody understands that I can best afford my projects in small chunks (greatly appreciated)! Quality work in construction is hard to find. I highly recommend Thayne Construction!

Can’t say enough good things about Thayne construction! Cody was 100% reliable, honest, time efficient and was very communicative. Our master bathroom looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using him again for future projects!
