Before I joined SOBO Fitness I wasn’t a gym person at all, but im now a consistent 3-4x a week regular, part of a dynamic community of women talking about creatine, hip flexors, and protein intake – something I never thought I’d be doing!The trainers here are truly fantastic, they are knowledgeable, a load of fun and have shown genuine care and interest in both me as a person and in my progression in the gym.In just 9 months im nearly at my bodyweight deadlift, I can see muscle definition, im working towards a 5k in our SOBO Fitness community run club, and I’ve learnt that im capable of so much more than I give myself credit for. My time in class with Jo, Julia and Lorraine has become a non-negotiable part of my week and something that I genuinely look forward to. Joining up has been one of the best things ive ever done for myself.Thank you SOBO Fitness!
