My partner and I just finished attending a course of antenatal classes at Stafford with Freya on the recommendation of a friend.The classes were very useful and we really enjoyed attending. Freya couldn't have been more helpful - she created a warm, relaxed and friendly environment where all of the pregnant women and birth partners felt welcome and comfortable to open up and ask questions (no matter how naive!). Freya answered open and honestly to provide us with the most accurate information and expectations. After 4 in-depth classes covering labour and baby care, we feel well-prepared for our next step in the baby journey and confident that we can advocate for ourselves in the process.We were very lucky to be in a group with 5 other lovely couples and after spending several weeks together we were sad when the classes ended. We would definitely recommend to anyone in the Staffordshire area, especially as first time parents!

Freya was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable from the very first session. Her approach was both warm and professional and she created a relaxed environment where we felt free to ask any and every question that came to mind.Each session was packed with useful, practical information, and it was clear how knowledgeable she is. We learned so much over the four weeks and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely interesting.We both came away feeling much more confident and prepared for whats ahead. We recently attended Expecting Antenatal Classes in Cannock and would recommend to any parents-to-be. It was really informative and helpful, as a result we both feel a lot more prepared. The 4 weeks of sessions were inclusive for birth partners, educating me on many topics and demonstrating the part I can play in caring for my wife and child through pregnancy, labour and beyond. All the info you need is covered and Freya (who is great) was on hand to provide expert advice to any of our queries.

The expecting anenatal classes run by Freya came recommended by 2 of my friends. I had good expectations going in from the praise my friends about Freya and the course.And they were right! Freya is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. 4 sessions over the month covers alot..and we have gained more knowledge about our upcoming arrival. Knowledge is power afterall!We did the classes in Cannock which was ideal for us!Huge thanks to Freya! 😊

I cannot recommend Expecting Antenatal classes high enough. I completed the course at Cannock with Freya, but given her availability (both in other locations as well as remotely) I would recommend them to anyone, he devotion and passion for this work is unrivalled and I feel blessed to have met her

Freya’s 4-week antenatal course in Cannock has been absolutely wonderful. The sessions were really informative and thoughtfully structured, with brilliant videos covering key topics that Freya expanded on in person — should you ever miss a session, it's reassuring that you can access the videos to catch up. Her support extends outside of sessions, so she truly feels like a “midwife in your pocket,” offering support not just for parents-to-be but grandparents too. Freya created such a warm, welcoming environment that it was easy to relax, open up, and form connections with the other families. Plus the drinks and yummy snacks were a very appreciated bonus! Looking forward to the reunion when all the babies are here 🥰
