We thoroughly enjoyed the Stafford antenatal course with Freya, and are sad that it has now ended! The content was broad yet detailed, interspersed with group discussion, and delivered in a wonderfully enthusiastic manner by Freya who is a lovely lady and clearly very passionate educator. I look forward to the reunion already, and staying in touch with not only our group of new parents, but also Freya whose advice we have already been grateful recipients of since the classes finished. Worth every penny and more, thank you so much Freya :)

Me and my husband have recently completed the 4 week face to face course at Stafford. Had a mix of emotions before going as first time expecting parents, but Freya soon put us at ease. Each session was nicely balanced and wasn’t rushed at all, we were all encouraged to ask any questions we had and the group environment really helped. Freya was also really supportive if we had any questions in between sessions or after the course had finished, always replying either with a message or voice note. I now feel a lot more knowledgable, supported (both by Freya and also the group) and empowered to make the decision that I feel are right for me and baby.Cannot thank you enough Freya!

Lucy is lovely and makes you feel really welcome at the classes. They are informative, a good way to meet other future parents and ask any questions you have. We are so happy we chose to do antenatal with Lucy. She really is the perfect for her role and hosting the groups. Thanks.

We completed Freya’s antenatal classes with my husband back in March and can’t recommend her enough. Freya has a lot of knowledge and experience from working in the UK and abroad. The class was set in a lovely and relaxing environment and it was something we looked forward to every week . We were lucky to meet other couples for this class and get to know them. Freya answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us the confidence we need as first time parents. Thank you so much Freya!

We attended Expecting Antenatal Classes in Stafford with Freya and they were fantastic. The sessions were relaxed, friendly, and super informative going off her 20 years of midwifery experience, Freya has so much knowledge.It was a safe space to be able to ask questions and it was great to also meet other parents at a similar stage.We left feeling much more prepared for birth and caring for a baby, I would definitely recommend for any new parents 😊

My partner and I just finished attending a course of antenatal classes at Stafford with Freya on the recommendation of a friend.The classes were very useful and we really enjoyed attending. Freya couldn't have been more helpful - she created a warm, relaxed and friendly environment where all of the pregnant women and birth partners felt welcome and comfortable to open up and ask questions (no matter how naive!). Freya answered open and honestly to provide us with the most accurate information and expectations. After 4 in-depth classes covering labour and baby care, we feel well-prepared for our next step in the baby journey and confident that we can advocate for ourselves in the process.We were very lucky to be in a group with 5 other lovely couples and after spending several weeks together we were sad when the classes ended. We would definitely recommend to anyone in the Staffordshire area, especially as first time parents!
