Easy process from start to finish. Jae was very friendly and efficient, couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks again.

We had Reece come round the first morning we'd woken up in our new home - and after crawling around under the house, singing as he worked, he came up to see us and didn't have good news! His sensitivity to our shock, simple explanations of complex problems, humour and genuine effort to take time to lay out the drama unfolding made him easy to trust.Subsequently we've had multiple works done across the property - new pipes, new connections, new attachments, inside and out, with everything from communication, punctuality, clean up and pricing demonstrating integrity and professionalism. Thanks to Reece we can now take a dump without it leaking under the house and a shower without washing out entire bathroom too.Very satisfied customers.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Arrived on time to install a kitchen tap and cleaned the area thoroughly when finished. Great service, will definitely be using them again!

Absolutely incredible!!! Crystal was so lovely to speak too and so helpful organising the boys to come fix my sink after a freak medical accident. Thanks to rowan for helping me with my annoying questions about cheaper sinks and helping ensure I could find the right one that would fit. And to rhys for his amazing work in installing the sink when it was not so simple removal. I appreciate all your amazing hard work and definately will be recommending you in the future !
