Very happy with the service provided by Reece from Melbourne Plumbing and Gas. The pump that connects our water tank to our washing machine had stopped working and Melbourne Plumbing and Gas sent Reece the day after our call. Reece was pretty sure the pump was at the end of its life, but, at my request, he took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly. The pump had indeed burnt out but Melbourne Plumbing and Gas organised a replacement in twenty-four hours and Reece came back to install it. So pleased that we can use our washing machine again, and Reece was fantastic with his work and communication. And so cheerful! We really appreciated that he took the time to clean up as well. Thank you, Reece, and keep singing while you work!

This is now the 5th or 6th job we have had the team at Melbourne plumbing and gas do for us.In all instances, Rowan, Jarrod, Jay and Rhys are helpful, honest and hard working professionals who perform and know their trade very well - hence having them back for multiple jobs!We wouldn’t use anyone else at this point!
