We hired Drew to conduct a home inspection for us in Paducah, and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness\. He took the time to examine every detail and provided an extensive report that included photos, videos, and valuable technical and safety information\.Drew also documented the locations of utility shutoffs and provided helpful preventative\-maintenance recommendations for our prospective new home\. After completing the inspection, he spent as much time as we needed explaining his findings and answering our questions\.Drew is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and easy to work with\. We give him five stars and our highest recommendation for an outstanding job\!

Drew thoroughly inspected a house for me, answered all my questions, and educated me about how everything worked. Even though I won't purchase that house, working with Drew was so pleasant and educational that the entire experience was worthwhile. I highly recommend working with him. He is open, honest, and ready to help you make informed decisions about your home or future home. I will definitely call him for my next inspection.

If you need a home inspector look not further. Very I depth on my inspection. Even included videos and talked about what was going on. Offered to meet us at the home to review everything. Once we got the report he immediately answered the phone and went over all of our questions. Very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.
