We recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable base and had a great experience. We came to the store towards the end of the day with our children, but the sales associate, Ryan, still took his time with us and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. Additionally, I got to meet the owner and his son (manager) when they personally delivered everything the next week. They were also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend :)

My wife and I went into Snooze planning to test some mattresses but buy ourselves/online. Ryan and Patrick treated us so well, gave us a ton of honest information while being understanding of our price point and urgency with a move coming up, that they did everything in their power to get us what we needed on our timeline. I highly recommend Snooze! The Pressure Mapping is awesome! It showed where my pressure points are and what type of mattress my body needed!Patrick is so knowledgeable and kind and gave me all the time I needed to make an informed decision without pressure!

We stopped by just to check out prices. They have a wide selection of discounted mattresses. We ended up purchasing a nice Sealy mattress and I’m at my house writing this review now. Laying on this fantastic bed thank you so much.

Ryan and Patrick did a great job. My girlfriend and I went in to look at a specific matress and Ryan helped us out, he took the time to have us try it out good while explaining the benefits and detractors of the one we went to see then showed us a few others I had been interested in. Ultimately I chose a different matress than I had originally planned. I am from Houston so was debating purchasing from another retailer where I had a good discount pricing. But with how well they treated me and the effort they put in I showed them the price I could get and they matched it for me. I was glad they were able to do that as I prefer to buy from the small place that shows a personal touch.
