We had Jeremy clean our windows twice. He's a nice guy but the work was very disappointing.The first time he came to do our shop front it turned out our windows weren't sealed properly so they leaked. Obviously not his fault and we had the situation remedied later. He was nice enough so we asked him to come back monthly and he agreed.The next two months he never showed up and we reached out to see if he was going to come and do it as we wanted them cleaned.He said sure, and apologized saying that November and December are just really busy. Guess we weren't a big enough ticket.He came and "cleaned" them again. He used his own water and spray brush system hooked up to his van. He was done in less than 15min and then took off.We had customers in the store and when I looked at the windows they still had water on them. I assumed you were meant to squigy them (he did that the first time). Messaged and asked about it, he said he could but the system he used was "quicker and easier". Once dried the windows were covered in water spots and streaks. When I asked about it he asked if it was on the outside of the window because it's "pure water and should dry spotless" ... "Yea it's on the outside.", "is it totally dry?". "Yep totally dry."Dude the windows look worse than when he got there.Really frustrating as now I'm going to have to have some else clean them because they're so streaky and spotted. He offered to remedy the issue in 4 days.... In the mean time they'll just be filthy. So we've told him not to bother coming back as we need them cleaned before that (street level business with foot traffic) and will have to hire someone else (they'll be there tomorrow AM).Very disappointed. Even after sending photos of how bad they were he invoiced us instead of just apologizing for the poor job and taking it as a miss.Let him know we'll pay the invoice but in turn will review our experience.He's a nice guy, but the quality of work was sub par and the lack of professionalism in following up with the agreed monthly cleans was not appreciated.
