Can’t recommend Zentec Global enough, As a sparkie, I’m usually flat out on the tools and don’t have time to muck around with all the tech stuff, but these guys made it easy as. From the first chat, their team was straight onto it, super supportive, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They got my AI chatbot and voice agent set up for the business, and honestly, I started seeing results way quicker than I expected. We have been with Pouya at Zentec now for 2 months :) we started as a free trial through our CRM developer - TBH i had no idea what we were getting ourselves into nut from our first meeting with Pouya it was evident he knew what needed to be done. We have stayed on with him and even though there have been a few issues "our end" not his he has been great to deal with. Turns out a lot of what we are paying high amounts for through another agency wasn't actually happening which is such a bummer and super frustrating. You can tell Pouya definitely knows what he is doing and really wants the best for the people he works with. Thank you and we look forward to all that is going to come from what you are doing :)
