I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Nat and Dee are two of the most incredible people I have ever met!! Nat helped me sooo much to process trauma and learn to feel grounded in my own body as well as techniques to live healthier just day to day. And their sound bath and other methods to calm and heal are so powerful!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is even a little interested. For me their help and support even this far has been LIFE CHANGING and I’ll love them forever for it. I felt like God led me to working with them.
