I recently visited this IV therapy clinic and had a mixed experience. The staff members are very kind, welcoming, and professional, which I truly appreciated.The prices are generally moderate; however, I paid $1,250 for Niagren (advertised at 50% off), which is a significant amount of money. For some of us, after my first treatment, I explained that I was not feeling any difference. They offered to double the dose, but it was not clearly explained that I would be charged for the additional amount. Later, I learned that the cost of the double dose was deducted from the total of the four-dose package.Unfortunately, despite completing the treatments, I did not notice any change in my emotions or overall results.I think the clinic has a friendly team, but I would recommend clearer communication about pricing and treatment expectations before proceeding.

I was starting to feel sick so I called to see what IV treatment would help me. They were able to get me in last minute and had recommendations. The team was very sweet and gentle. Loved the massage chair!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration in Frisco! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and very informative about all of the services they offer. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which made me feel confident in my decision to move forward.I ended up signing up for a membership the same day, and even with my tight schedule, they were still able to fit me in quickly before I had to head to another appointment an hour away. Their efficiency and consideration for my time truly stood out.Most importantly, they made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The level of care and professionalism I received was top tier. I highly recommend the Frisco location to anyone looking for quality IV hydration services!

After researching several IV therapy places online, we decided to give this location a try and I’m so glad we did!From the very first phone call to the moment we walked out, the customer service was exceptional. The person who answered our initial call was warm and welcoming, and that level of friendliness continued throughout our entire visit.Our nurse, Misty, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Come with your questions she’ll answer them all! She walked us through the entire process step by step and was very methodical in her approach. I especially appreciated how careful and attentive she was consistently sanitizing, changing gloves, and making sure everything was handled properly. You can tell she takes pride in her work.We were escorted to our own private room (major plus!), and the massage chairs were incredible , such a relaxing touch. Misty checked on us at just the right intervals not too much, not too little , ensuring we were comfortable and that the IV was flowing smoothly.And of course, we had to take pictures! The staff was so kind and patient helping us capture the moment.If you’re skeptical, don’t be. This location exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!Happy customer 😊✨
