My son Nicholas 14 has been working with Bao for 3 and a half years now, alongside his regular training with Portsmouth Force National League team since he was 9. My sons have been training with Bao at Hoop Theory for a while now and I have definitely noticed a difference in their performance. They attend both the small group skills sessions and 2:1 sessions with Bao. We signed up because they were looking for something more outside of team training and club sessions to focus on their own individual development and the sessions have been tailored to meet that, even with their differing needs and objectives. Both my boys really look forward to their sessions and come out wanting to work further on the skills Bao has taught them. I would highly recommend to anyone considering joining.

My son has done one to one sessions and now takes part in the group training and enjoys both. Bao is really approachable and always willing to offer advice both during and outside of the sessions. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped my son grow technically, we’re really happy with the progress Riley is making.
