I don’t know what I would’ve done without Valueguard. In April, we experienced the devastation of 2 to 3 inches of water in our basement Everything was destroyed. My husband and I looked at each other and said what are we going to do. I googled restoration companies and Valueguard’s name was one of the companies listed. I called and spoke with John Campanella who listened and came to our home within an hour. He assessed the damaged and reassured us everything would be fine. My husband and myself are in our 80’s and to hear these words settled our worries. Valueguard arrived early the next morning and started working. Their expertise and efficiency were exceptional. They worked with our insurance company logging in, and photographing every aspect of the job. If I could, I give Valueguard more than 5 stars. Their work is EXPECTIONAL!

I highly recommend John from Valueguard. He was recommended to me by my insurance company due to a frozen pipe that burst and caused significant damage . I was exploring several construction companies for repairs but during inspection asbestos was discovered leading to me having to hire a specialized abatement company instead. Even though I did not end up using his company John still went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. From day one he assured me he would guide me through every step of the way and he truly did. He acted as a foreman without compensation. John called me several times a week to check in making sure everything was on track and advocated for me between the insurance company, the abatement and reconstruction. His knowledge and professionalism and caring heart knowing I am a recent widow made a incredible stressful situation so much easier to manage. Thank you John without your help this process would be far more difficult and overwhelming. You are a true blessing!
