She also made sure the info was clear to understand and double checked we saw/understood the more nuanced aspects of how the labs, preauthorizations, and prescriptions worked, and then sent a follow up via text or email after each time we met with her. Signing up for Medicare is easy but choosing a plan felt overwhelming. Kimberly Stevens is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I don’t know of anyone better to walk a first-timer through the process. Ms. Stevens was patient and made plenty of time to educate me and send information about all options. We compared plans and I was able to choose the right plan for me. I will continue to schedule phone appointments as needed to stay updated on changes. 5 stars plus for Ms. Stevens and her assistant.
