We couldn’t be happier with our shutters and the whole experience from start to finish. Mark came out to do the quote and honestly stayed with us for around 1–2 hours. There was absolutely no hard sales pitch and zero pressure. He was friendly, chatty and took the time to explain everything properly. He brought samples, talked us through options, and even gently steered me away from a colour choice I was considering (thankfully!), and I’m so glad he did because the final result is perfect. We had another well-known, large shutter company come to quote us as well, and the difference was huge. Their salesperson was very pushy both during and after the visit, which completely put me off. With Mark, it felt relaxed, honest and professional. Kyla in the office was also brilliant. She answered my many questions quickly, communicated clearly throughout and was exceptionally friendly. On installation day, Mark and Howard arrived exactly on time. They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and friendly, and made the whole process really smooth. As for the shutters themselves, they are fantastic. I’m genuinely so impressed. They’re exactly what I’ve wanted for years and absolutely worth every penny. 10000% would recommend this company. I’m so glad we chose them over the bigger competitor.

Exemplary service, great fitting, classic hardwood shutters with deep lourve are stunning so pleased. Black out blinds are so good too.Roman blind and venetian blind perfect fit on patio doors and back door look so smart.Craig and Kyla stayed in touch and fitted Roman blind and Venetian blinds when they were ready. Craig has some good suggestions when measuring up and did so with great care.Blinds were in for Christmas with three of them doing a one day fit of 12 windows.

We contacted Mastercraft Shutters after being massively let down by another Company. Craig came to provide a quote within days of contacting them, and was able to reassure us that they were able to deliver a product and service to our expectations. They were even able to provide a solution for a window with no sill, which we didn't think would work for shutters.The shutters arrived within advised time frame and we were kept up to date throughout.Craig and Lee came to fit on the day and were very friendly, respectful, neat and tidy, and did an amazing job! He was also very considerate of my house during the installation ie: keeping doors closed due to cold weather and very clean and tidy. From measuring up to fitting in 9 weeks (when other companies wouldn't commit to less than 14 weeks), he was responsive, kept us updated on when to expect them and gave additional advice on new window fixtures too. Craig from Mastercraft Shutters fitted 13 shutters throughout our house a few months back. From start to finish Craig’s customer service was exceptional. We had other quotes from the known shutters companies and their salesman were awful & rude. What makes Craig excellent is that he has a wealth of experience as a shutter fitter, so he isn’t a salesman. He’s friendly & his technical knowledge was excellent for some of our tricky windows as he knew what he could do (this wasn’t the case for the other salesman who didn’t know!). Craig fitted all shutters with no issues and everything was left pristine. We plan to use Craig again for our triple patio doors once we’ve finished decorating. We decided to use Mastercraft Shutters after seeing it widely recommended on Guildford and villages Facebook group. Lots of people were praising it as a local business with excellent quality and reasonable price. Initially, we purchased made-to-measure shutters for our sitting room bay window and were so impressed with the result that we later ordered additional shutters for our study and a blind for the hallway.
