The people here are very good with communication and very prompt with responses. They let you know when they are sending out everything and to be on the look out. However after working with them for 7 months and not seeing at least one thing I wanted removed caused me to leave and get service elsewhere. In response to the post…I looked at my credit report no late payments I have requested have been removed. Unless update means removed which it does not reflect all late payments are still reflecting on all my credit reports.

After paying Hi-Class Consulting for eight months, I did not get the results I was promised. My main credit issues were never resolved. While a few minor items were removed, it was definitely not worth the time and money I invested.The lack of communication was a major problem. After my initial onboarding call, it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone, especially the owner. Despite my repeated requests for a call, I only received portal messages. They would often miss scheduled call appointments, which was both frustrating and exhausting.Their method of starting with generic letters and gradually becoming "more aggressive" did not work for me. In my experience, this slow approach seems designed to prolong the process to extract more money from clients, which I find disappointing and manipulative.After eight months of payments and very little progress, I am now forced to seek help from a new agency. I would not recommend Hi-Class Consulting. My experience was a massive waste of both time and money.

When I first started with them I couldn’t even get approved for a credit card unless it was secured. They did an amazing job after only a couple months they got me to a part where I was approved for a home loan. I highly recommend using them.
