We called Sean based on 5.0 star rating. He actually answered the phone and he answered all our questions and told us how much it would be for the repair we needed. He came on time when he said he would and fixed our roof for less than the quote. So happy with his services!

Sean was great from the get go! He answered all my questions, never tried to push us into anything and prices were good. They did my whole, very large, roof in one day. He always answers my texts fast and was so easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

I just happened to park next to Mr. Freemnan's truck one day, which had the contact information on it for his roofing company. I took it as a sign to call him and get an estimate for replacing my roof. It was a great decision! Mr. Freeman came onsite and gave me an honest assessment of my roof, which included discussing the pros and cons to replacing the damaged parts vs. replacing the entire roof. I had received estimates from three other companies before him, and none would even discuss partial replacement. I ended up replacing the whole roof, which was a very quick process (took the crew one day). Everything was cleaned up well, and if it wasn't for the new roof, I would have never been able to tell that a construction crew had been on my property. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service from Mr. Freeman and his employees.

S & F Roofing replaced my roof back in August and did an excellent job. They worked in the extreme heat all day and completed the job by dusk. They completely cleaned up all debris. I hired S&F Roofing for some hail damage with my roof. My needs were very time sensitive due to insurance policy issues. Insurance company gave me tough time and covered only few sections of damaged shingles. Sean Freeman got on the job and did a thorough inspection for damages and leaks inside the property as well. Sean even worked on weekends and diligently submitted his findings and ensured all his detailed findings and recommendations were fully accepted by the home insurance company and got approval to replace the whole roof. He went the extra mile to provide supporting evidence to the insurance company in the middle of repairs. Sean replaced several sections of the wood and provided the best quality of upgraded materials at the same cost of regular builder grade materials. He cared for the issues and in my situation and hence did this much needed upgrade to extend the life of my new roof.
