Aaron came out from Choice appraisal. He was very cordial, friendly and professional. He spent almost an hour outside taking notes and measuring. And it was so hot out. Then another hour or so inside. Took lots of good pictures. Asked many good questions about updates, repairs and remodels. Then I got a very comprehensive report back in about 3 days. Very pleased. I will definitely use their services next time
