Absolute horror of a cleaning company. They came and did a really awful job of 'deep' cleaning. I had to spend another 2 hours after their cleaning to actually clean. The customer service agents are a joke, they don’t make any effort at all to speak correct English, and they just repeat the lines from the script they’ve been handed. Total waste of time and money. I understand that not everyone starts out as a seasoned professional, and that people work hard to build a life and a business here in Washington.What I cannot overlook is what my daughter told me about a conversation she had with your husband, Veltron.According to her, he asked whether she was single, showed her a photograph of your son, and asked whether she would be interested in marrying him. When she politely declined, he reportedly explained that the marriage would only need to last until your son obtained citizenship status and that they could separate afterward. He then offered her money and suggested that even more money could be provided if necessary.As a mother, I was deeply disturbed by that conversation.My daughter is not an immigration solution. She is not a legal pathway. She is not something to be negotiated or purchased. She is a young woman who deserves respect.Marriage is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Hearing that someone would approach it as a temporary arrangement for immigration purposes, while offering financial incentives to make it happen, was both shocking and deeply disappointing.I have always believed that people who come to this country should respect its laws, its institutions, and the values that make it worth becoming a citizen in the first place. What my daughter described does not reflect those values.I am not writing to argue or create conflict. I simply felt that this needed to be said, honestly and directly.Please speak with your husband, Veltron, and ensure that neither my daughter nor any other young woman is approached in this manner again.There will be no need for anyone from your company to return to our home.I wish you and your family well.

I did not appreciate how I was treated by your team, especially the poor attitude when I tried to express my criticisms and feedback about the work. I do not care for a response from you; I simply want to leave my honest review so other locals are aware.To clarify your response: There is no mistake, and trying to discredit my review based on my profile name won't work. I live right here in Seattle, Washington, and Today's Services was definitely the company I hired. There is no reason for you to look up my profile name because it is no longer active; it was a project I had with my son that closed down a long time ago, and I simply use this as my personal account now.
