Unfortunately, our experience with Santer Media over the last 7 months has been very disappointing.Communication was consistently poor. Multiple times it took 3–4 follow-ups just to get ads edited or corrected. Issues were repeatedly blamed on the “tech team,” and no one ever took ownership or responsibility.Santer Media also set up HighLevel to manage our leads, calls, and texts, but it was configured incorrectly. This resulted in thousands of automated texts being sent to our members, and when members replied, we never received their messages. This caused lost revenue and damage to our reputation.Reaching ownership was also an issue. Several meetings with the owner were scheduled and canceled. I sent a direct message outlining these concerns, but days later there was no response, despite the owner appearing active online.Overall, the service did not deliver what was promised. We would not recommend Santer Media.
