After the services were carried out I was extremely pleased with just how well the carpets turned out and not only that, they had cleaned the carpets within the built-in wardrobes, a small carpet within an internal cupboard and my door mat within the property, all of which were not included within the original request. (Worth noting, the carpets also smell great!). They dropped my property keys off to a relative outwith Aberdeen which was completely above and beyond, they really didn't have to do that for us but it was so helpful.
