Unfortunately, I must say I had a terrible experience with AAA. Despite having chosen this company after seeing their outstandingly positive reviews, we requested a quote via email which clearly mentioned the hall, 2 bedrooms, study, stairs and living room to be carpet shampooed which we were quoted Β£340. We then explicitly asked how much this quote would be without the stairs and study and we were quoted Β£240. We were at work all day, so we kindly requested for the work to be carried out in our absence and that we would leave our flat key in a hidden place for them to collect.The hallway was not carpet shampooed and there were patches of dirt/soil left on several places of the newly shampooed carpets. When we found out about the hallway not being done I demonstrated the email with written confirmation and evidence to them that we requested for the hall to be done and that this was agreed and they said to us that it would be a lot of work to get the hose and equipment up the stairs again in order to do just the hallway and that doing the hallway would be an extra Β£100.This was not what we agreed to and I am extremely disappointed that I have clearly been taken advantage of due to my inability to witness the work being carried out first hand. Due to the companies miscommunication and incorrectly related information and quote, we had to suffer the consequences and were left with very little time to rectify this error.
