Let me tell you about Melanie, she’s simply amazing, she dealt with our ridiculous lender around the clock. Being in different time zones is a hassle but she was always there. Making sure things were done when/how they needed to be. She dealt with ALL of our questions without hesitation and made sure were where squared away before the day ended and even on the weekends (when our terrible lender wasn’t in the office). All I’m saying is if you don’t go with Melanie Romano. You’re literally hurting yourself and your mental well-being. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough. Go with her and you’ll never be disappointed. Coming from someone who is always a Disappointment. (Just ask my dad). You’ll thank me later.

Melanie Romano is an absolutely amazing realtor. We had so much last minute paperwork/emergency we had to deal with and she was fantastic helping us through everything and getting it all into place. She basically became my therapist through all these issues that came up due to a rather inept loan processor (please go with her recommendations, it is so not worth it dealing with some of these companies!), as I was calling her so often with all these issues coming up. Each time she was calm, professional, and collected, there with us each step of the way making sure everything worked out well. I am so thankful for her help and support. She truly is the best realtor you can possibly get. I will recommend her to everyone I know!

Melanie Romano made the crazy and stressful process of buying a house as easy as she could. By always being available for questions and doing whatever it takes to get you the house you want. In our case she even drove to another state for paperwork to be signed to close on time because of a oversight by our lender. In short the best realtor out there in our opinion.

Melanie Romano is wonderful. She came out and told us what we needed to do to get done to do flyers for potential buyers and people to come look at our home. She was a huge help through the entire process. We had some hiccups selling our home and Melanie went above and beyond to get the issues settled and done. She is amazing and always answered her phone when we called and needed something. She is very knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done. Melanie is very professional and friendly. Our home sold within the first 48 hours and she was there every step of the way. Melanie couldn't go in the lawyers office when we closed but she was there waiting in the parking lot.
