I am the chair of a condo board on the Upper West Side. We switched elevator service companies after our current provider as well as several others sought to upsell us into needless and costly system upgrades. Faraday was strongly recommended by independent friends in the industry. We found them highly responsive and transparent at every step in the process of refurbishing our elevator mechanics, from bidding to planning to execution. They were competitive on pricing but FAR superior in professionalism, reliability, and speed. Strongly recommend without qualification.

I’ve worked with a lot of elevator companies, and Faraday is by far one of the best. Their communication is fast, and their response times are even faster. Whenever an issue pops up, they handle the repair immediately. Every tech they send over is highly skilled and knows exactly what they’re doing. Our main technician, Angel, does an incredible job every single time, and Anthony is fantastic to work with as well. We are incredibly happy with Faraday Elevator and highly recommend them. 10/5 stars!

Spoke with some guys in the industry after seeing a few of their trucks driving around their mechanics are skilled and when I called and spoke with someone in sales the customer service was top notch with good energy after speaking with some of the employees I hear that management treats their employees really well.... and we all know what they say about happy employees when they're happy the customers happy
