Parkstone have looked after all our plumbing etc work for many years. They are always prompt,explain what work needs doing and do it efficiently at a good price. Ben recently completed our annual central heating boiler service. As usual, he was efficient, friendly and showed respect for our home (i.e. removing his footwear and left no mess where he had been working). The booking process was quick and thorough so we knew what the cost would be (plus any parts). We received follow up emails confirming the booking and were able to pay on the day via our smart phone. Ben gave us feedback about how the service had gone on the day and, afterwards, sent an Appliance Service Report together with receipted invoice. We cannot praise Ben and the whole Parkstone Heating team highly enough. They are always reliable, professional and competent.
