The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. They were accommodating of my schedule. The price was extremely fair given the level of service. My car was fresh put of the dealership and I insisted it would not be too much work for them. However, the proved I was dead wrong. They made it look better than brand new. So much so I went to get a car cover just to help it last longer. They brought everything they needed including water and electricity. Very very detail oriented. Definitely doing business with these guys again. Zero complaints.

My car is 7 years old, and has been a daily form of transport for a family and its dog ever since. Numerous road trips, meals on the go....kids... you get the idea. We spend a lot of time in the car, but have never had it detailed. The Deep Car Detail team spent 5 hours performing a Diamond Detail service, and exceeded expectations in several ways. First, their management team is very professional, has recently invested in their systems for billing and CarFax reporting, and are great communicators. High marks all around on these systems and processes. Day of service, they arrive on-site completely self-sufficient with all their own equipment, power and water. At the end of five hours, on the inside, the car looks like new. All the black plastics (such as door frame, foot well, etc.) look refreshed, the soft faux-leather handles and dash materials look completely renewed, and there is not a spec of dirt in any crease or edge that I can find. Super thorough. All upholstery looks and smells amazing, to the point that one would ever know we had been transporting dogs and children for years. On the outside, we're most impressed with the head and rear lights looking brand new and no longer being fogged out, and the car being polished to the point that it hurts the eyes. No idea what these other posts are talking about in terms of scratching cars?! We found Deep Car Detail to be very conscientious about their equipment and keeping your car safe during the process. Deep Car Detail will leave you with fewer scratches, not more, as their polishing tends to fill in superficial scratches on your car. I have one long scratch on one side of our car that will never be fully removed, but after this service it's much less noticeable. Many smaller scratches from kids and accidents are gone. We also had a lot of sun damage on much of the black plastic side walls and splash guards around the external wheel wells, and these all look like they are brand new. Really couldn't believe how good it looks. Extremely happy with this service from beginning to end, and would recommend this service to a close friend, family member, co-worker, or random stranger on Google. Thank you Deep Car Detail!!

I recently had the pleasure of having my new Tesla pampered with a ceramic coating, courtesy of the exceptional car detailer Juan, who came to my house. Juan's work is nothing short of outstanding! From the moment he arrived, Juan demonstrated a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is second to none. He explained the entire process, making sure I understood the benefits of ceramic coating. Watching him work, it was evident he takes great pride in what he does. The end result is truly breathtaking. My Tesla now has a glossy finish that I didn't think was possible, and I can't stop admiring it. The added protection is a huge bonus. I can't recommend Juan enough – he is the best in the business, and I'm incredibly grateful for his expertise. We will definitely get back to him when we have a new car.
