Course was on time, efficient and really engaging. Ben also gave the group gems of additional practical information that just seem to get missed at other first aid courses I’ve been to. Really got the sense he wanted to help people, help people, which I think is what made it more engaging than other courses where the instructor is just “going through the motions”.
