I've been seeing Angela and her team at Her Soul Temple for almost 2 years and can not rate them highly enough. The whole experience is centred around you and your comfort and well being. The re invigorated new space is beautiful, clean, warm and so inviting. Walking in the front door I practically feel my body release tension before she's even laid a hand on me. Angela has helped me regulate my cycle again after peri sent it AWOL, lose weight and alleviate a myriad of other issues including heartburn, inflammation and tension headaches. She has the most beautiful soul and has hand selected a team to support her and her women focussed movement. If you're wondering if its worth checking this place out, I can tell you first hand, it is! I even stepped completely out of my comfort zone and went to a yoga class yesterday. Lauren was absolutely lovely, had the most serene presence and a voice that reaches into the depths of your mind and instructs you through the lesson even when your eyes are closed with such ease and calm. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give them all!

I had the fortunate opportunity to attend one of Angela's retreats in Bali. Wow. What can I say. This wonderful and passionate woman had thought of everything! Attending this retreat was not for everyone as we delved into alot of activities that may not suit a woman closed to exploring new things and having an open heart to learn. Angela packed in lots of rich treats for many of the women that attended like massages, Nasya oiling, facials and workshops around Ayurveda. The food was extremely fresh, delicious and healthy. I loved the Balinese water blessing (ceremony) as the level of "care and love" moved me to tears! I had many take aways from this retreat. Angela also introduced us to a beautiful Ayurvedic consultant named "Nicole Bennetts" which was an added bonus to the retreat gifts Angela shared and organised for us. Overall, I would recommend this retreat to women looking at improving their health and open to meeting other beautiful and kind like-minded women. Thank Angela. We love you!

The moment I meet Ange I knew I would be in good hands! She is so calm and genuine. (I can still hear her laugh!) we all loved her!I went to Her Soul Temple Retreat in Bali. It was one of the best, most amazing times of my life. I didn’t know much about Ayurveda on booking. The classes that she put together were tailor-made for each of the ladies that were at the retreat. She covered a wide range of issues and topics that each of us asked for. And was presented in a way that was respectful and private as to not point any one out. The information and support she gives you, both educational and life changing.I had a bit of personal stuff going on, and it all came to ahead with the work that we were doing on ourselves. Angela spent time with me working it all out doing some healing exercises and releasing the trauma. And to this day it is never resurfaced. I don’t even feel upset or sad when I think about it now.I went there with one of my best friends. We both loved it and will be back again. Yama Balian is an amazing place like out of a movie! It is gorgeous. The staff are amazing and the food was unbelievable! A perfect place for a retreat like Angela‘s.It was awesome to spend time with people on your same wavelength. The bonds that were formed with Angela and the other ladies was one that felt like Family. It was very sad leaving, the tears flowed!Overall, I made peace with my past, gained knowledge about my body and the Ayurvedic way of living, and are continuing on my journey of healing and self love 🥰 I am so grateful for Ange and the retreat.
