I have had 3 Kati Basti treatments so far and they have been so incredibly helpful for my neck and lower back pain. I have degenerative changes and arthritis in these areas and have experienced so much relief. I would highly, highly recommend Angela and her caring team. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind, the rooms are warm and welcoming. It's a gentle treatment but has profound results! I will continue with these sessions to maintain.

I had a pregnancy massage today and it was absolutely beautiful, calming and relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, softness and support.. continued this through the pregnancy massage being nothing short of breathtaking followed by a debrief and education from the doula herself!
