I had the pleasure of receiving a distance healing from Aleria a few days ago and felt moved by how powerful and effective it was. The session started with a beautiful guided meditation and visualization. This was followed by a period of silence where Aleria did her Reiki while I laid and focused on receiving the healing (which, to my surprise, I felt).
