Not impressed. At first he seemed great and was super helpful. We didn’t have perfect credit in the beginning but I worked hard and within a month my credit jumped up to over the score Derek recommended. Reached back out to him as instructed and he couldn’t even get back to me until I said I would be working with someone else. If you have less than perfect credit prepare to be written off by this guy. Terrible service and experience. I truly understand being busy, but a simple email advising of that goes a long way. Our experience with Derek through RMS after having a hard time with our first lender who had us per qualified for 130,000 dropped the ball after being referred to Derek at RMS he put his persona life on hold and met us at 7:30 at night. He went over number to assure us that he could get it done in the short amount of time we had left.
