When I first met Kennith it was to explore the Medicare advantage plans. Little did he know what he was getting into. I do not like to make decisions and I hate using a computer for anything other than my work. He was very accepting of this and patient with me. He explained the different plans and was very patient with my questions and indecisions. I finally chose to stay with my work insurance because it was just easier. In the process of going through all of that we talked about my financial situation and my concerns for retirement so I trusted to let him see what I had. I did choose to turn my financial planning over to him. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me even when we went over the same things several times just so I understood it and he is available to answer any questions whenever I call.
