Justin was so easy to work with! He was very honest and upfront with us. He gave useful suggestions for staging our home and even had a professional photographer come out so our home was presented in the best way. Justin worked for competitive offers as well. We listed on a Thursday and accepted an offer, for well over our listing price,on the following Tuesday. I’d hire him again for any of our real estate needs, he’s a great agent.

Justin was fantastic in helping us to purchase our first home. He gave us pointers on what to look for as we were selecting our home and helped us realize what was really important. He was available at all hours to show us homes and answered our questions clearly. He made sure that we were in the loop at all times and knew what was going on during negotiations and closing. He even read through all our HOA documents. I can’t recommend Justin enough, he was really there for us.

We bought our house with Justin and were so impressed that we also asked him to help us sell our house. He was great in keeping us up-to-date with what was happening in the market leading up to putting it up for sale and then continued keeping us informed about how our house was doing with views and agent forwards. The market was starting a significant slowdown so it was difficult to keep our hopes up about selling the house, but Justin kept us even-keeled throughout. Even when the initial funding for the buyer fell through, Justin knew exactly what to do and helped to get the deal done! I would happily recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy or sell a home!

As a first time buyer, Justin walked me through every step of the buying process and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. He had come very highly recommended, but I was surprised at how accessible he made himself for all my newbie questions. He's easy to talk to, explains things thoroughly and communicates directly. He went above and beyond to wrangle with a seller's agent that was unavailable more often than not, and in the end.....helped me purchase my dream for well below asking price....which is no small feat in today's market!
