UPDATE: I received a message from Karri, the owner regarding my review and experience. She offered to have me come in and have a repeat service which I accepted and the procedure was repeated yesterday, 11/7/23 (at no additinal cost). I must say I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to make things right and explain to me what she thought went wrong the first time. She had been over my chart and found issues to correct. She was very knowledgable and explained things in detail (which the client representative didn't do the first time.) Karri has scheduled a follow up with me in 3 mos so fingers crossed there's better results this time. Thank you Karri!
I used this business only once upon recommendation of a good friend. I went in for consultation for the Radio Frequency and was told they had just received a machine to do the Sofwave and it was much better than the Radio Frequency and more cost efficient (it's not, I paid alot more than I was told it would be in consultation) and also that many Dermatologists are touting this as the next best thing to a Facelift..I, on their recommendation, scheduled the procedure and was told to give it 3 mos for full effect. The three months are up and I must say, I'm very disappointed. There is virtually no change in my skin, lines or wrinkles. Now maybe it's because they had only been doing this about a week when I came in (the person doing treatment had to keep asking questions about how the machine works) but I was expecting some differences. They did not take pictures to compare, nor do any follow up call to see if I was satisfied. I had heard such good things and have never had anything like this done before so I was very disappointed. Talked with my friend who recommended them and related my experience so she may shy from recommending them again. (Alice O.)
