I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough for Xcel Auto Electrical. Andrew and the team went above and beyond to not only fix my car, but also scouted the entire city to source the part I needed after I gave them the wrong one. I needed the clock spring replaced on my Holden Commodore, and after providing the wrong replacement part, the team went out of there way to visit over 3 different car wreckers in order to get the part I needed, just so they could fix my car then and there. Despite going out of their way all day for me, they only charged me for 2 hours of labour and the cost of the part. I am so beyond greatful to all of you for the care, work and time you took to get my vehicle back up to speed. They even replaced a shoddy part of my trim for free with a newer and nicer one after it cracked ever so slightly during the repairs! The whole experience was amazing. Andrew was incredibly nice and friendly and kept me updated on what was happening at all times. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough.

Got a dash cam and central locking fitted to a canopy. Done a great job, really happy with the work very neat. Will be getting them to fit dash cams to all our work vehicles in the future.

I had the pleasure of taking my car to Xcel Auto Electrical after trying to fault-find an issue with my headlight and rear window. I was unable to find the problem myself and suspected a wiring issue. I called Xcel, booked the car in, and left it in Andrew’s capable hands.The customer service from Andrew was outstanding and the workmanship from Joshua and Andrew was next level. There were no hidden costs — I was called after the diagnostics were completed and everything was clearly explained, including the outcomes and associated costs.I will definitely be returning if I have any further electrical issues. By far a top-tier company. Thank you again.

I bought a Nissan navara and the previous owner did all the things wrong with an amplifier, a new head unit and the AC, nothing was working so I went to see Xcel auto and they’ve been so nice with me, he stayed in my budget while repairing and solving the issue.He also gave advice what I should do in the future with my 4WD.I highly recommend this company they’ve done great job in a short time.Thanks
