I recently had my 2005 BMW detailed inside and out, and the service was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the attention to detail was impressive. The exterior looked incredible—every inch of the car was cleaned, polished, and shining. The paint had a deep, glossy finish and even the wheels and tires were shiny.The interior was just as impressive. Every surface was carefully cleaned and conditioned, leaving the cabin looking and smelling fresh. The seats, dashboard, console, and carpets were all meticulously detailed, and it was clear the technician took the time to get into every nook and cranny.What really stood out was the level of professionalism and pride in their work. My old girl looked shiny and clean, and it was obvious that great care was taken throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the effort and quality of service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch detailing.

My entire experience was fantastic!! Making an appointment was easy and communication was great! I had a slight difficulty finding the location but when I called they made finding it simple and easy. After dropping off, they had me point out everything that I wanted touch up. Once I picked up, the car looked FANTASTIC. My vehicle now looks just as great as when I first bought it. When I dropped the car I had a lot of dog hair and when I picked it up, there wasn’t any dog hair in the car. I also want to give a shoutout to Franklin who kept in great communication with me. Thanks so much for making my car look and feel like new!

Franklin did an amazing job on my SUV. Between kids, grandkids, and living in a rural area, the car was a bit of a mess. It looks and smells like new again! He was professional and very friendly. Work was done in a quick but thorough manner, even with my obnoxious dog barking at him the whole time!Would definitely recommend!!

I’ll start by saying the customer service was good when it came to scheduling and communication. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful.However, my experience at the shop itself wasn’t great. The location was mostly gravel, in a somewhat sketchy area, and surrounded by very dusty roads with large speed bumps my car (a low Miata) couldn’t even clear. After driving all the way there, I decided it would be better to have the tech come to my house instead. On the phone, I was told the switch to a mobile appointment would be $9.99, but that fee would be waived, and I was also told I could pay by card.The detail itself was underwhelming overall. My car was already fairly clean to begin with, but I expected a near-perfect result for the price. The interior came out good, but the exterior wasn’t done very well there were still visible spots and areas that could have been better polished. The engine bay also looked like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The tech spent 3 on my two-seater Miata, so I thought the end result would be exceptional, but it really wasn’t.To make things worse, my final bill was higher than quoted. I was initially told $289.99, but it ended up being $310 after a card fee I wasn’t informed about. The $9.99 switch fee that was supposed to be waived also seemed to have been added anyway.On the positive side, the technician was a genuinely nice guy and very professional. The convenience of mobile detailing is great, and I think this service could be worth it if your car is extremely dirty. But for a small, already clean car, the results just didn’t justify the $310 price tag.

My 2011 Honda looks like I just purchased a new one. Franklin did an excellent job. Not sure the car looked as good when it was purchased new. Franklin was extremely helpful in explaining things.
