So i am pretty much at my one year mark since i had an FUT procedure done at this clinic. since these reviews were part of the reason i chose this clinic i decided to add my own to it.I spent a long time thinking about getting a transplant done since i hated my hair line, I've had a high hairline since i can remember. but i was just trying to just be grateful i hadn't gone bald (I'm transgender and transitioned in my mid 20s). after a while i decided my quality of life would be better if i had a feminine hairline, I'd be slightly less depressed, i wouldn't be staring at the ground whenever there was a gust of wind and over all I'd feel prettier.so long story short, i had an FUT procedure at this clinic, i came from QLD so made a little holiday of it. the procedure went pretty smoothly and other than the needles at the start i didn't really feel any pain. i was really only bound to the hotel room for probably a week before i felt comfortable enough to venture outside and enjoy the city.My hairline has really grown in now and it has given me so much confidence. like literally...sooo much.I recently had my 1 year checkup with dr Robinson via zoom so he could check my growth, I'll be booking in for a 2nd smaller procedure which was recommended during my initial consultation to improve density and ill be tweaking the hairline design slightly.Honestly the care and attention this clinic provides is amazing, the drs and the ladies are all very nice and friendly and I've felt like they all genuinely care about not only taking care of me on the day of the procedure but also the result I've gotten a year later and making sure i am happy with it.Bottom line, if your looking for a HT clinic..give this place a go.

My hairline restoration journey began with my own online research which I distilled from many people's experiences. But online research is very different to real world information, so I booked a consultation.Parking onsite was easy, and the entry was bright, clean and inviting. Margaret and Lisa were so friendly and welcoming. I was met by Dr Robinson (tall Paul) and we had an open discussion about what to expect. A few days later I booked my procedure for 6 weeks out. I had my choice of an earlier date however the later date suited me better. As the day approached I took careful note of the preparatory notes given to me.On surgery day the entire clinic was dedicated only to my procedure. I was greeted by Themi who put me at ease. The first part of the surgery was carried out by both Drs Paul themselves, and their very experienced team. Lunch was a beautiful hot cooked meal followed by the second part of the procedure, implantation. The surgery itself was relatively painless. I was constantly asked how I was doing, and they were very responsive if I felt any discomfort. In retrospect the hardest part was laying still for so long.At the end of the day Dr Paul made sure I had all the information I needed to care for my new grafts, and that I got home safely. Looking back it was a very long day but I'd psyched myself up for that as I was fully informed about what to expect. I was reassured to know that they were more interested in doing a great job, than rushing to get home by a certain time.Cut to two weeks later and everything has healed up nicely and my transplanted hair has taken root. I can already see how my eventual hairline will look and it's very exciting to see it take shape!In summary they're a super professional operation from their email communication, all the way down to the surgery itself and beyond. They're based in Australia so you know the hygiene standards are first rate. They're a very experienced team led by two world-class doctors. The entire team is friendly and caring, which was important for me as somebody who was having his very first surgery at age 49. They're proactive but not intrusive when it comes to aftercare check-ins. And most importantly they genuinely want a great result for me.If you're considering HTM for your procedure definitely send them an email. You'll be so glad you did.

After treatments with PRP, etc. It was suggested I look at a transplant. My hair was very fine and thinning. The PRP had improved that.I went ahead with the transplant.The results have far exceeded my expectations. You cannot tell I'm not ageing gratefully.From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a feeling of being the centre of attention.The results and the staff I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I had been looking for a clinic to have my hair transplant at and I landed on Hair transplants Melbourne. From beginning to end I felt I was in the safest of hands. Dr Robinson and Dr Spano were amazing and they communicated things really clearly to me. I love my results, my down time was as explained and I honestly wasn’t surprised by anything.
