Eric Yeo was brilliant, from start to finish for an investment property purchase. He consulted, guided and advised all throughout, working alongside a buyers agent and navigating these new tax changes. Eric was able to bring his expertise at every stage and helped ensure a smooth settlement. Eric even helped with advice outside of his remit, such as B&P and shortlisting. If you’re looking for a real partner, someone who wants to get you the best outcome for you, then give Eric a go!

Where do I start. From the first phone call at 9:30pm at night, 5 minutes after submitting an online inquiry form, Patrick from Mortgage Pros was absolutely incredible. A life saver.I first organised my home loan application with my own bank (ANZ), but 3 days after paying the deposit, my own bank backflipped and said they could no longer help me.Patrick on the other hand was able to within a week, confirm that he could help me, secured a home loan with Westpac, secured me a lesser variable rate and LMI was removed (ANZ would not remove LMI). The whole process was stress free and I was promptly informed of every update. Patrick and his team were communicating quickly and effectively with the bank, the conveyancers and the real estate agency.I would highly recommend Patrick and his team at Mortgage Pros to anyone needing a home loan or any other financial loans. I would not be now living in my new home in Hobart without their help.Cheers Patrick! You are a legend.

I've used Peter Ha at Mortgage Pro multiple times now — for refinancing as well as two investment property loans — and each experience has been excellent. Peter takes the time to understand the full picture of what I'm trying to achieve as an investor, not just the transaction in front of him, and structures each loan with that bigger strategy in mind. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and makes what can be a genuinely stressful process feel straightforward. Having gone back to him for multiple refinances and loans, I can say with confidence he's someone I trust to get the details right and find the best outcome each time.Highly recommend Peter and the team at Mortgage Pro to anyone looking for a broker who actually understands property investment.

There are brokers, good brokers, trustworthy advisors and consultants and then standing far above them all is Patrick Nassif at Mortgage Pros.As a first time homebuyer who spent the last 12 months navigating the market and speaking with multiple brokers, I can confidently say Patrick is rare. While others might pitch all possible options and avenues , Patrick genuinely hand holds and advises you through every single aspect of the process with complete transparency and care. He doesn't just show you loans, he guides your decision making from start to finish.Moving forward, I won't be making a single mortgage-related decision without him in my corner. If you want true expertise, step-by-step guidance, and absolute peace of mind, Patrick is your person.High recommendation!

Had a great experience working with this company. My broker was Eric Yeo and he was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but he was always approachable, patient and professional, giving us clear answers and explanations. He was easily contactable responded quickly to our questions. We recommended him to some other friends who had difficulties getting a mortgage secured and he was able to sort it out for them without any stress. If I were to buy another home, I would go with Eric again in a heartbeat. I hugely recommend him and Mortgage Pros as a company.
