I cannot say enough about Coach Frank and Lake Mohawk MMA of Sparta, NJ. Frank takes his time with every student. He is the perfect balance of discipline, motivation, inspiration and tenderness. He is understanding and kind. I love the mission he stands behind each class. My son is beginning to get comfortable and I cannot wait to see where it takes him. We’ve been bringing our 3 year old son to Saturday morning classes and he loves it. The instructor Frank is great with the kids. He encourages them and helps them build their confidence. He even teaches the kids about stranger danger and how to react to certain situations which we thought were very good tips. The facility is well maintained and we’ve never had any issues. It’s a very welcoming space and everyone we’ve encountered is always nice.

Coach Frank has been so encouraging to work with. He believes in every child’s potential and does not give up on them when they feel stuck. I believe this class has helped instill more confidence in our three-year-old daughter, and I am grateful for Coach Franks encouragement to keep coming back to the classes.
