I called 7 places for the best rate and best customer service QC movers were the absolute BEST !!! The owner took his time to explain all and work w me on a few things others wouldn’t! Also very friendly which I didn’t get with some of the others the price was Very reasonable compared to the others I called! They do a GREAT job and they move quickly and carefully and In my opinion they are definitely the best company around if your looking for a trustworthy considerate reliable company for moving !

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company, especially Chris and Julian. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. They went far beyond just moving items — they genuinely helped ease weeks of anxiety I had been carrying.They handled everything with care, patience, and reassurance, making what could have been an overwhelming day feel manageable and even calm. Outstanding job. Overall they did a very, very good job with the moving of a lot of furniture and items from our home in Clarkston to our home in Rochester Hills. The movers were fast and efficient, the lead guy was mature and very helpful, and the others were cool and did a good job.The most important thing though was that one of our dressers, heavy stylish with a large mirror attached to the back, had one of its legs come off. Quick and Careful Moving repeatedly went above and beyond with their efforts to remedy the situation. They bought some wood glue, let it set, and then attempted to drill a hole and repair the wood part that was worn and stripped by age, and being bumped during the moving. It would not re-attach, it was difficult with the age and style of the dresser. So they offered to return another day to try and fix it; similar issues though. They offered to hire/pay for a furniture repair service to solve the issue. They ended up taking off a portion of the moving fee to help pay for the dresser repair. Success! Not only that, but the owner was the one who actually helped to try and fix the dresser leg initially, and was very helpful throughout the process, and very understanding and patient. I cannot say enough about that; very thankful.The owner truly showed he cares a lot about his company, the work, the performance, and the customer’s true satisfaction. Don’t recommend hiring this place, they send their great guy mover that everybody loves with his 16-year-old son to move and do the job of obviously five guys and he couldn’t get it done in time so then all of a sudden my really good price was doubled by the end of the night, because they had to bring in four more guys.I’m not gonna say anymore because I could write a whole paragraph. I’m just gonna say very disappointed and I thought they were gonna be the best one out of all the ones I had hired to that point.

True to the name! They were quick while doing a great job to take care of all of my valuables. I have worked with several moving companies previously, and Quick and Careful will most certainly have my business again! Would recommend!
