I approached Andy and his “Dragon” literally damaged from my first experience with a “professional” so I’ll start by saying, “as a human being, Andy, is what and how you expect a professional to behave. Despite my conditioning, he was masterful at redirecting the energy from that experience into something greater. He’s a true diplomat and someone who understands the middle. My washer was overflowing and I researched why. I checked out a few things I learned in my research, but it did not solve my issue. I called 1st Choice Appliance Repair (on Sunday), and I received a text from Mike saying he would call me tomorrow (Monday) to look at my washer. Mike called Monday and came to my house about 11:30. It took him about 5 minutes to correct the issue with my washer. Mike was a very nice guy. We talked for about 30 minutes after he was done.
