I was looking for a company to help me fix two pieces of my Xpel wrap from being damaged. The wrap brand isn't available from every wrap company and I found American Wrap Co. via Xpel's website. I didn't initially have my car wrapped with American Wrap Co. but I didn't love the original place so wanted to find another I could trust. I spoke with Tyler and he met me to review my car and pointed out that the material might be covered under warranty as it had a minor flaw. My wrap was over 6 years old and had a 7 year warranty. With Tyler's assistance, I was able to get the entire wrap redone and most of the cost covered by the manufacturer. Tyler could have easily charged me more for the two pieces I needed replaced but his honest and helpful nature shined through. I picked up my car last week and his team did such an amazing job on the install of my wrap and even repainted my car badges so they looked new again. Just watch any of the numerous videos they post. They extend all patterns and tuck or wrap virtually all edges so you see no PPF edges on the finished product. They recommended where I needed PPF, installed it to perfection and applied a ceramic coating over the entire car and wheels. End result is astonishing. Zero regrets driving to hours to Tyler’s shop. We thought this was cool to see and very different from the other companies we had looked up.Once we knew we were going with them we gave them a call and Tyler took care of us with scheduling and the many questions we had.During the drop off day, Tyler and Andrew took care of me and our car. At the end of the week Tyler let us know our car was done and they were also able to fix the curb rash on one wheel. Once we arrived, we saw her in the front and wow, what a difference. They installed level 4 paint protection film, window film and ceramic coating. Their work is impressive and it shows. The sentry videos we had later that night shows quite a few people pausing to look at the car. And the wheel? I didn't even know that it was possible for the car to look better than it did when I first got it, but Tyler's team made it happen! The team did an amazing job and you can tell they really take pride in the quality of their workmanship and pay attention to every little detail to make the car look just perfect.From the beginning, Tyler impressed me with the thoroughness of his response to my request for a quote through Yelp. He gave me information on the specific products that he uses, explained the different packages available and also gave me price estimates. He was the only one who asked me what my long-term plan for the car was (i.e. keep vs. sell) so that he could make appropriate recommendations. I made the decision to go with American Wrap Company and decided to get a partial PPF to protect the front of the car along with the Ceramic Coat and full Window Tint. I called Tyler to see if he could accommodate me as I was expecting to take delivery of my car on Sunday and wanted to bring it in to him on Monday. He said his week was looking pretty busy, but he agreed to take my car and let me know that it would probably be the following Tuesday before he would be able to finish the job. Since that was not a problem for me, I agreed and brought my car in to AWC on Monday afternoon.Once I got to the shop, Tyler showed me some of the projects that he and his team were working on which included some amazing high end cars with very difficult custom wrap work. After seeing the quality of their work first hand, I immediately changed my mind and decided to get the full PPF instead of the partial. Before starting any work, Tyler did a complete inspection of the car with me and pointed out any flaws that already existed with the paint (luckily only a couple of minor ones). Even with the additional work involved with the switch to full PPF, Tyler was able to complete my car on Saturday (earlier than anticipated) and he messaged me right away to let me know. I went in the same afternoon to pick up my car and again Tyler did a complete inspection of the car with me, just to make sure that everything was good. As I went with him to his office to complete the paperwork and pay, he gave me the brochures for the warranties and explained how I should care for the car. He also checked in with me a few days after I picked up my car just to make sure everything was still good and to see how I was liking everything.In addition to the excellent quality of their work, I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service that American Wrap Company offers!I feel very fortunate to have come across Tyler and American Wrap Company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great detail, wrap or tint shop! Tyler has now put clear bra on 2 of my vehicles and has knocked it out of the park both times. I would never use anyone else after seeing the quality of Tyler's work. I should say not seeing because he's so good it's hard to even find where the ppf is on the car... It looks just like paint.Pros: He was on time both times and worked nonstop until the job was perfect.He's a perfectionist.Friendly... More
