The persons who laid and installed the cable into the property and into the house, and the person who hooked up the internet service in the home, were all very polite considerate, and professional. We have have very few short outages since we signed on with RFNOW compared to almost weekly outages with our two previous providers. We also are more than pleased that when these outages have occurred we were able to immediately speak to someone who spoke and understood the English language very well. With our other providers the first response was always that the issue had to be with our equipment and always suggested we replace a router or the devices in our home. With RFNOW they have always done a bunch of checking while we are on the line with them and trouble shoot before saying anything. Several times they have even called back a few days later to ensure the problem has been corrected and everything is still working.

My first experience with Fiber to the home internet, and I am pleased with the speed and continuity. I signed on to VOIP at the same time I started my Internet service, and was pleased how prompt the installation from both technicians was. I was up and running within a day. I came from a rural Alberta county (municipality) that is putting in fiber to the home over a 10 year project and they were not going to get to my neighbourhood for several years. I was happy that RFNOW was already established in Virden area so I could connect right away.
