We used Forever Kitchens & Baths for our kitchen renovation and overall we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Franco was easy to reach most of the time and explained things clearly, which helped because we didn’t really know what to expect going into a reno.Like any renovation, there were a couple of delays and small hiccups along the way, but nothing major. When we had concerns, Franco did make sure they were addressed, even if it took a bit of back and forth. The crew worked hard and kept things moving.

My retaining wall fell and needed repair or replaced. Franco gave me a call and explained what happened and said he needed some pictures to give me a quote. The quote to replace the wall with a base and draining because the old one didn't have it. The quote was too much for me so Franco gave me a call and we came to an agreement that instead of stones he would use wood and I would get the materials. He sent me a new quote which was half the price which I could afford and work started the next week. He did a fantastic job any questions I had during the job he took the time to answer. In my book an A1 contractor.
