We are very thankful for the team at PlumbRX. I called at 7 am one day last week and they answered right away, had me text pictures of the problem and promised someone would come out that day to fix it for us. A plumber named Justin B came out later that day, diagnosed the problem, went back to town to look and buy the items that we needed and stayed past his quitting time in order to make sure our water was working. When an unforeseen first time homebuyer plumbing problem arrived, the PlumbRX team was able to promptly provide me with competitive quote for new equipment and the labour required for install. My Mother’s sump pump had failed (at the time we did not know) and her basement was filling with water. I called several other plumbers in the area and they either did not answer the phone or return my call or they told me that they could not help out for several days (!!). The PlumberRx team answered their phone, prioritized the call, and got out to my Mom within a few hours. They called me afterword to explain the problem and what to watch for. They even offered their personal cellphone number in case we had any concerns. I am so happy that we contacted them! Very responsive, great communication, and really understanding! I am living at my trailer, a really old one and had a major water leak..ive been without water for weeks.. called rv places and no service available..as a last resort I called PlumbRX..I definitely made the right choice..the plumbers Kyle and Chris were here within 1 day and had it fixed in under an hour..they were professional and polite..the owner Jamie even drove out with a part they needed..if I could rate higher than 5 I would!!

Suddenly there was a leak we couldn’t find that was a major concern. Hate to use crisis But it was. Called many plumbers. Another plumber recommended I call PlumbRX.
