I attended the Build It & Prosper 3 day event in April 2026. It was fantastic value, and the material we covered was in-depth and comprehensive. Jim & Owens delivery was relaxed and well paces. The group size wasn't too large, which I found very helpful. This allows you to ask many questions. Highly recommended!

Build it and Prosper provides comprehensive training on how to source appropriately priced land and build from the ground up using eco friendly and cost effective building methods.Jim Davidson has written a short book and developed a library of online videos circa 5 minutes to explain different parts of the process. Membership provides monthly training days supported by documentation and spreadsheets that effectively support less experienced builders to gain investment, and run a site. The company is not a one-man-band so regular 1:1 coaching may be undertaken by Jim or one of his experienced team. The range of presentation methods used, consistency given across these support activities and practical hands-on tips means gives content that should be accessible to most people's learning styles.Although I haven't yet completed a project, I am very pleased with the return I am already getting from the investment I made in the Build it and Prosper team.
